3. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Records we are legally required to retain (such as donation and accounting records) are kept for the period required by applicable law. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, limited to what their service requires:

  • Payment processing: Stripe
  • Email delivery: Mailchimp, Brevo
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics

Beyond this, we disclose personal information only where required by law.

TWF is a nonprofit corporation based in New York, USA. Personal information is processed and stored on servers in the United States. If you use our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link in any email or by contacting us. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
